The nuclear workers likely performed their jobs safely and well. However, hundreds of nuclear workers’ litigation aspects are about the USDOE and their contractors multi-million dollar “grudge matches.” “It seems that the “good old boys” laud the excitement of “the chase” rather than the right thing to do according to Rule of Law. "It takes a single mutation in a single gene in a single cell to kill you," said Dr. Helen Caldicott, founder of the Nuclear Power Research Institute and the Physicians for Nuclear Accountability. Dr. John Goffman uses the descriptive word “murder.” The U.S.A. Patriot Act clearly defines who are “domestic terrorists.”
I researched countless exhibits until I understood how it came to be that the sick nuclear workers, survivors, and downwinders are still being impacted by this COLD WAR battle with the governments “domestic terrorists.” After decades of being forced to observe the same oppressive behavior inflicted by certain Officials and their department employees, there must be a Congressional investigation that results in a special grand jury probe that shall be binding. Those found guilty of any crime against humanity should be imprisoned. Congressional proponents for justice refer to this period of time as “the culture of corruption” because of all the scandals, secrecy, cover-ups, and the indictments of Officials in a leadership role.
