  evaluations of exposure pathways and parameters significant to
  a retrospective evaluation of worker dose beginning with the
  Manhattan Engineer District national initiative to develop
  U.S. nuclear weapon capabilities in the mid-1940s. The Battelle
  staff prepare detailed Site Profiles and Technical Basis Documents
  for selected sites and generic guidance for selected technical issues."

The department employees designate that it costs $80 to $100 per hour for the preferred government IT market contractor Sanford Cohen & Associates and ORAU to develop and revise site profilesa failed and very expensive aspect.  The NIOSH also works with the USDOE contractor Battelle Northwest LaboratoriesThis realization for the taxpayer is despite the fact that these auditors continue to conflict and find errors that need to be corrected before completion by estimated year 2007.

Sanford Cohen & Associates principal client is the federal government including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (USDOE), Centers for Disease
