the US President and the members of Congress; using poor judgment and reasoning; documenting errors/inaccuracies; acts of malpractice; manipulation of government records; wasteful and/or misappropriation of government funding; discrimination; deliberate intent to commit perjury; deliberate attempt to conceal public records; etc. By consensus, the members of the U.S. President's Advisory Board on Radiation and Workers Health agreed to manipulate, construe, censor, and destroy the records that the members arbitrarily determined are “their product” and/or their “confidential business product.” Chair Paul Ziemer released a sworn, falsified statement that the meeting minutes were true and accurate to the best of his knowledge. The original and the altered meeting minutes were both dated December 13, 2004. See EXHIBIT 27. URL internet location: http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/ocas/pdfs/abrwh/mc121304.pdf

QUESTION: According to the U.S.C. Title 44 reference, did the US President, his Advisory Board members, and their USHHS solicitor Ms. Homoki-Titus claim constitutionally based “executive privilege?” The Advisory Board members declare that their verbatim “closed session” meeting minutes should not be released for public scrutiny in the best interests of National security.
The members present at the President’s 27th Advisory Board on Radiation and Workers Health December 13, 2004, meeting knew that only a few inaccurate and incomplete “site profiles” are being developed. Lack of funding was cited as one of many excuses for the department employees’ poor performance and poor judgment and reasoning. The original meeting minutes were deliberately manipulated and/or altered for the purpose of denying public access. However, I retained EXCERPTS from the original CLOSED SESSION meeting minutes that were posted on the internet for awhile. Other advocates have witnessed the same.
See DOESICKWORKERS.org testimony. Only the manipulated public version was posted, thereafter. Both verbatim meeting minutes reflect the same date, December 13, 2004, and some of the same testimony. By consensus, the Advisory Board members decisively chose to manipulate and censor public records. As designated, the Advisory Board members testify
