subordinates who still believe no deserving claimants have been denied their inheritance. The denied and/or ignored claimants should testify before Congress regarding Elliott’s and cohort’s scandalous involvement. For, the many scandals that were disclosed by the media are the reasons why the EEOICPA was structured and implemented under the 2001 to present day Defense Authorization Bill in the first place. As an example, I have included the verbatim excerpts regarding NIOSH employee Sundin’s contemptible
“pig”statement for review in this brief. Senator Clinton (D-NY) and a few of her Congressional colleagues seem willing to address issues such as this. I do believe she has tried to take on the active role of being her EEOICP constituents’ champion. Senator Clinton expresses her concerns about the reckless department employees when she designates that non-compliance with the EEOICPA mandates and the intent of Congress are “glaring failures.”

REGARDING: The USHHS – CDC/NIOSH/BNFL’s agents EXPRESSIONS of CONTEMPT for the sick workers before the US President’s Advisory Board on Radiation Workers Health; Vol 1 Meeting Minutes; dated March 19, 2003.
How many Americans know that USHHS–NIOSH OCAS deputy director David Sundin (direct report to OCAS director Larry Elliott) deliberately meant to symbolize the nuclear workers shall die as the "pigs move through the “python.” It appears that employee Sundin’s contemptible opinion impressed the British Nuclear Fuels, Limited (BNFL) consultants in attendance. Sundin’s statement was recorded verbatim before the US President’s Advisory Board on Radiation and Workers’ Health. The nuclear workers have been forced to endure the reckless “caretakers” condescending attitude for decades. The Advisory Board members should have recommended the immediate firing of Sundin and his supervisors, Dr. John Howard (director of NIOSH) and especially Larry Elliott. The claimants should still demand the firing of Sundin and his supervisors. USHHS employee Lewis Wade (Advisory Board Executive Secretary Pro Tem) did replace his supervisor, Larry Elliott. Reportedly, Elliott is the employee who receives the most complaints regarding his poor attitude and behavior by the claimants during this EEOICP process.
What was the purpose for the President’s Advisory Board members receiving advice from the United Kingdom’s BNFL agents? The USDOE Energy Secretary Bill Richardson “terminated” the BNFL contract when scandals and many poor performance issues, including violations of worker safety and health standards, were discovered and released for public scrutiny. Note that the invited BNFL consultant Dr. Slovak continuously uses the descriptive words
“greasing,” “scheme,” and "pinch point" to define intent.
Verbatim quotes by the reckless, negligent, and abusive government agent(s) and BNFL consultant before the President’s Advisory Board members, May 19, 2003.
