Yes, Senator Grassley, the Hanford workers can imagine the USDOL, the USDOE, and the US Secretary of Defense hiding behind National security for something that happened in the 1950s and 1960s.  The department(s)  employees challenge all worker’s compensation claims.  The administrators of the USDOE’s third party contractorContract Claims Services (CCSI) — see to it that the majority of the workers’ compensation and medical benefitsare denied under this State regulationWashington State relinquished control over their statute in 1951. This event occurred during the beginnings of the secrecy and cover-up era when the first whistleblowers were discovered and punished.  It was a condition of employment for the
