interaction before her death. Shortly before Kay’s death, her beloved husband Walt suddenly died of heart failure. He was seated in a chair at his workplace talking to his co-workers. Walt was a Army Corps of Engineer employee who performed his job function near Hanford. Kay’s and Walt’s only surviving daughter and son have not received any recognition for their parents and siblings pain and suffering. These survivors also experience the uncertainty that is caused by their own health effects.

Not far from Walla Walla at Ritzville, Washington, whole neighborhoods have been annihilated which is attributed to the migrating Hanford pollution since the 1940s. Kay’s and my friend Laverne Krautz is a long-time Ritzville resident who has extensively recorded her region’s nuclear exposure disease and the dates of the victims’ deaths. Laverne’s husband suddenly died in 2004. In my presence, the Officials have frequently requested a copy of her recorded history.

“All the workers were told was that their work was important. . .this is for the good of the country.” The Officials caused the manufacture of their lethal fission products which they insist “saved / saves the lives of thousands of Americans.” Rather, the lethal fission product caused irreparable damage to humans and the environment. The disclosures are in regard to the realities of human toxicity that is known to cause debilitating disease, suffering, and death.

The unique nuclear workers are “damaged collateral,” so-saith the Officials. Then the Officials tasked their “domestic terrorists” to censor tens of thousands of sick workers, their survivors, and their neighbors (upwinders / downwinders).

About the asbestos exposure controversy in regard to S.852 and H.R. 1360 / H.R.1957. The worst company offenders among 77 other companies (Congressional figure) are calling for a clear path that will allow them to emerge from their Chapter 11 bailouts free of asbestos personal liability regardless of the outcome of the National asbestos legislation. Subsequently, the companies would avoid a potentially lengthy, contentious and uncertain bankruptcy case.
